Weighing just 8.25 kg, the scubi lite is the lightest model in the scubi series and the ideal solution for spontaneous "adventures in between." Thanks to its open structure, it can be assembled even faster and more easily than closed models. Despite its compact dimensions, the cockpit offers a surprising amount of space, so that even taller paddlers and their day packs can be comfortably accommodated. When packed up, it reaches a minimum size in sports bag format, which makes transport by bus, train, or on foot extremely convenient.

Hybrid technology is also decisive here: the combination of a minimum of (anodized) aluminum rods and high-pressure air tubes (0.25 bar) ensures impressive rigidity. Unlike conventional inflatable boats, the scubi lite has real draft thanks to its keel structure. The boat travels "in the water," which ensures excellent straight-line stability even in windy conditions and light waves. This keeps the kayak stable and maneuverable at the same time—an invaluable advantage for small rivers as well as larger bodies of water.
