You may have noticed that we can currently only ship within Germany. The reason for this is the new requirements of the EU Packaging Regulation (PPWR), which has brought additional obligations for cross-border shipping since its entry into force.
In order to correctly implement these sometimes very bureaucratic requirements, we had to temporarily suspend shipping to certain countries. Currently, we can therefore only process orders within Germany.
Of course, this is not going to stay this way. We are working on gradually expanding our shipping to other European countries again. To achieve this, we are establishing local partnerships so that we can reliably meet the respective requirements.
We know that this is frustrating for our customers outside Germany, and we deeply regret this restriction. As soon as we are able to resume shipping to another country, it will be unblocked accordingly in the shop.
We hope to be able to deliver to more of Europe again soon!
