Measuring 460 cm in length, 68 cm in width, and weighing just 12 kg, the scubi speed’s goals are crystal clear: it is a highly mobile, elegant hybrid kayak focused on straight-line tracking, speed, and sporty handling. True to the scubi DNA, the packed size remains extremely compact in the familiar scubi 1 xl backpack format, making it comfortable to carry, even over longer distances.
The scubi speed features our successful nortik hybrid technology, which laid the foundation for the scubi family back in 2010. For this new model, we have pushed the technology even further, allowing for higher air pressure and a sportier shape tailored perfectly to its purpose. The scubi speed is an elegant hybrid kayak for the more ambitious paddler who values tracking and speed. Simple handling, quick assembly, small packed size, and low weight define this newest member of the family. In short: 4.60 meters of pure paddling joy!
